I've been using a multi vitamin+mineral+anamino acids powder for 3 days now and it makes me high,

well perhaps high is not the right word, i think it has an effect on my dopamine levels

the thing is, it really was a strong effect, feeling very satisfied, it still is, I don't know if I have a wrong batch or something :) but like today, I'm having these strong erections, not the usual ones, the ones that don't take no for an answer :)

first day my head felt clear,
second day, I've gotten really high, i was playing an airplane at one time, flying over my bedroom floor (I'm not a child)
now, on the third day, the effect might be less strong,I feel a bit confused and tired too,
I'm all rushy, it's hard to not do anything

Normally I take a lot of supplements too, so perhaps there is an interaction, today I have taken none and the effects were still strong today,

and i only take about half the amount suggested !

nonetheless,I think I'll skip a day tomorrow, perhaps I'll have some cravings...

sorry but this isnt really a question, so maybe you should just move this to ur blog?

and TBH ur "vitamin powder" sounds like a drug lol

yeah, I know :) but, I wasn't joking, I just took some vitamin powder,

perhaps I'm very sensitive to something in it but perhaps there's some interaction with a food supplement I'm taking,

so what I do was wondering, did anyone else experience something like this ?

i dont think we can say we've experienced the same thing you have unless we know whats in ur "vitamin powder"

with this I have taken daily (but not on the last day):

vinpocetine, taurine, horny goat extract(contains icariin), resversatrol, theanine, baccopa monnieri, ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea, lithium ororate, DMAE,relora and astaxanthin

you know... trying things out :)

lol take it easy dude.

imo that many supplements cant be good for your body.

:) yeah could be, I was surprised, I have taken tyrosine before, which is a precursor of dopamine, in higher amounts as i did now

and then I felt nothing of this sort, I only felt a tendency to be more aggressive,

it's 8 hours ago now, since my last 3 grams of vitamin powder (i take it twice daily) and i'm going back to base level now

I recommend taking a day off just to make sure everything gets back to normal.

I'm assuming you're drinking lots and lots of water with these supplements, yes?

try and space it out like every other day. or once every 3 days.

cuz you dont want ur body to get too accustomed to that feeling. cuz once you run out then you feel like shittttt

Yes sir. I do hope the OP is drinking lots of water, his piss is going to smelllllll though. All those B-vitamins!

yes, lots of water, i've been drinking several liters to day, I have a dry mouth and
a continuing thirst, and a bright yellow urine after supplementation

I was thinking about that too, releasing too much of certain neurotransmitters, developing tolerance and then feeling awful

thanks for the advice though !

maybe just have like 1/2 of ur regular dose tomorrow. then stop. and only use it when you workout or something;)

i'm gonna half my dose,

this shit's a bit too heavy for me, it is not good for the mind !

I learned my lesson, better stick to cannabis :)

Phenylalanine might be contributing to it, I've found L-phenylalanine to provide a very stimulating, almost speed-like feeling. D-phenylalanine inhibits endorphin degradation, it can feel a bit like a mild dose of opiates if taken in large quantities and combined with exercise or some other endorphin releasing activity.
